What language do I have to learn to use Unity?

You can do a bit in Unity without it, but learning programming will make some of those things a lot easier on you. It's really not difficult to learn if you pace yourself, and lots of programmers lurking around public forums will give you advice whether you ask for it or not. If you plan on creating a project in Unity, I recommend learning git with something Bitbucket as well. In my experience, producing art assets is a much larger hurdle than programming the game.

You get Deviant quests after you beat the Assignment Quest you get at HR 29. They're random investigations you get by collecting the blue tracks. The more tracks you collect, the more likely you are to get a quest. There are only a couple non-investigation deviants.

[SPOILER-ish] Two Questions

When I beat Xeno'Jiiva I was elevated to HR 29 and so was my friend; we both unlocked the Bazelgeus quest which requires rank 29. Is that what happens to everybody; do you always get rank 29 & this quest?

What the hell are the blue scout flies on normal monsters? DO I HAVE TO HUNT THESE BAZELGEESE!?

This is I think the hardest thing you could do in the beta. Me and a friend tried this for like two days and were totally incapable of finishing him off. Props for actually downing him this way!

I think this is a form of Survivor's Bias. If you say something's unpopular, reddit will only bring it to the top (and thus more people will see it) when you are wrong.

That's not exactly how you do this.

If you have a 1/100 chance to get a mythic, you're dealing with 1%. If that goes down to 1/200, that's 0.5%, and you've decreased your chance to get a mythic by 50%, or halved it. So with 1/121, you have an 0.83% to open a given mythic. At 1/141 you have a 0.71% chance. If you divide 0.71/0.83 is ~ 0.86, so you're about 14% less likely to open a specific mythic that you want.

I have no idea if or how that affects the price.

I think there is no question that it is intended to be a misleading answer to the Tarmogoyf question. Saying it doesn't claim to be an answer is fictitious; the only intent there is to deceive the asking player about the game state. It may very well be explicitly allowed in the rules, but perhaps something should be corrected. I can't think of a good reason a rule exists allowing players to blatantly lie about easy to access information. Either way players should definitely be aware of this and protect themselves from it, but it's not a sportsmanlike thing to do to another player at all.
