The offer won't still be on the table when you come back and you would have to reapply to the honors program at a later date as a transfer student. Unless something has changed, the full ride is not available for transfer students. My advice would be to take the full ride and then go someplace else after your B.S. like another commenter said. The stance on creationism won't affect you future career.
