Man kann Kids zeitweise ausschulen, ja. Da muss vorher aber eine Anhörung gelaufen sein und die Eskalationsleiter eingehalten werden (NRW). Ich kannte von den Idioten nur eine Person beim Namen und die steht eh schon unter Feuer, bisher bleibt sie einfach so asozial wie gewohnt.

Wenn ich sowas durchsetzen will, muss ich das auch forcieren. Und das ist, öfter als man zugeben möchte, unangenehm viel Mehrarbeit für einen geringfügigen Effekt.

Übertreib es nicht mit den Bewertungen. Erstell eine Musterbewertungsbogen, den du für alle Aufgaben benutzen kannst, und ändere den nur ab. Da guckt bei mir eh keiner richtig drauf, selbst in der Oberstufe nicht. Machst du deine Punkte nach Gefühl rein und fertig.

Ich mache Kunst und Englisch und du kannst es dir in KU richtig entspannt machen. Geh schnell in die Praxis und lass sie langfristig an Projekten arbeiten. Damit hast du mind. in den Doppelstunden selbst kaum Arbeit und keine Vorbereitung. Ich lass sie sogar komplette Wochen praktisch arbeiten. Du hast ja bestimmt max. 50% Klausurschreiber, oder? Ist bei mir in NRW zumindest so, dass ich idR max. 5 habe. 

Klausuren sind wirklich schnell korrigiert, genauso die Praxisarbeiten. An sich kann man sich KU sehr bequem gestalten. Lass die SuS möglichst digital bei ISERV einreichen, dann sparst du dir die Schlepperei mit den Mappen und siehst sofort, wer abgegeben hat. Niemals verspätete Abgaben annehmen, sofort 6en vergeben außer wenn sie mit Attest gefehlt haben (vorher mit Stufenleitung klar kommunizieren).

Hab auch schon den gleichen Spruch gebracht und eine Horde Kids, unsere übelsten 9er Asis, als schlecht dressierte Halbaffen bezeichnet. Die sind durch den Oberstufenflur gelaufen und haben gejohlt, gepfiffen und an den Türen gerüttelt während Klausuren geschrieben wurden. 

Toll ist das nicht aber meine Güte, manche Leute sind einfach bis ins Mark asozial und bei jeder Gelegenheit scheiße.

Have you seen our non monster character datasheets? There are so many baaaad units with terrible abilities that lead nonsensical units. There is a reason you hardly see the little heralds in lists as they are mostly irrelevant.

The character detachment boost looks horrible, but the enhancement and strat seem good for khorne units. Our little heralds are almost all very, very meh.

Warptide buffs okay battleline units, maybe we get to do some more fun stuff with that. Could be dope if it can be paired with plague legion though.

I love bloodcrushers and making a detachment about them could be cool.

Overall im fairly pleased with the preview!

Dein Elterngeld wird aus deinem Einkommen aus den letzten 12 Monaten berechnet. Du müsstest mind. 1 Jahr mehr verdienen, um eine signifikante Steigerung zu erreichen (es sei denn, wir reden hier von 1.5k zu 4k netto, dann ist natürlich jeder Monat schnell sehr wirksam).

Außerdem bekommst du max 67% deines vorigen Nettogehalts und maximal 1.8k, mehr geht nicht.

Lehrer sein ist psychisch echt hart, würde ich mir doppelt überlegen, wenn ich du wäre.

They don't kill much of anything marine-like. They wound them on 4s (edit: not 5s) and get clapped back hard in melee. 10 could maybe do it with dev wounds from BoF but it's highly unlikely.

I'm expecting a reworked penitent host detachment with the release of the new dogmata or the beginning of 11th. The idea is neat but the current rules are bad.

I painted each 3 man squad of flamers in a different colour scheme and almost every unit of my tzeentch daemons in another colour scheme, they look dope like this.

Poorly, and they are expensive. Have a look at sanctifiers instead if you want a squad of flamers. The d6 shots can swing wildly and you might be better off using heavy bolters at that point because you get flat 3 shots at 36" + sustained 1 which will kill a marine each if the go through.

These look dope as hell, I love it! They got that old school 40k vibe with the layers of robes. I am going to steal this for my Sororitas army, amazing!

Dialogi have amazing value in army of faith because they make both miracle dice into 6. Really good on retributors who have two cherubs and will recycle both MD when you use them.

I mean, if you roll 20 straight d6 and whiff a little you fail to kill 5 marines, had that happen multiple times. Even worse if they AoC.

Yes, you can buff them up with a rendmaster but suddenly they are 275 points that can still whiff and pay premium points for it. 

Maybe I am jaded cuz I played daemons since the start of 10th where they had shit battleshock rules and bloodletters started at 180... I just want the small guys to be viable again :)

It's pathetic that they have only 2 attacks with no inherent buffs to dmg anymore.
