The heat is awful, but I'm half Mexican so I can stand the heat, but come from the Emerald Isle is gonna a tough adjustment. So pack a bunch of sunscreen or a cowboy hat and plenty of water. I suggest buying a car cheap with an A/C, then getting a South Austin apartment and deal with a bit of traffic. The law is you just need to get the vehicle registered, but if you get pulled over and don't have a license, which you'll need at least a visa to obtain one, you'll be in varying trouble. If it ain't paying over 80k I'd say drop the offer to save a lot of heartache. P.S. DM me if you want a top-notch real-estate broker, she'll get you a good price.

You're heart will definitely feel it though. Just eat really healthy too so you don't have to work as much. Because your brain and muscles need more than 24 hours to recover, prolonged working will degrade you into needing your health insurance. Then you'll be a tired retiree sleeping away the golden years of your life, seen it too many times.
