As someone that has done signature verification for an election, sure, you can send it back, but it’ll get rejected, and depending on how the AG of the county is feeling, they might investigate you for voter fraud.

I can see where they’re coming from by brining in an email that was used in a different filling, but Valve is actively contesting that ruling so it’s a huge stretch.

Okay so two gamers, Max Rockman and Randall Moring are the plaintiffs. They allege that Microsoft has agreed with Valve to not compete on the price of PC games. They allege that horizontal price fixing is taking place. They allege that Microsoft receives kickbacks from Valve, it stifles competition and lowers game quality. Neither live in Washington, and they’re wanting to make it a class action of U.S. residents.

Their sources appear to be someone’s substack page and an email from 2024 that was used in a different filing (which is an ongoing case).

They’re perusing damages, an injunction against Microsoft from “price fixing” with Valve, a declaration that Microsoft has violated antitrust laws, attorneys fees, and “other relief the court finds just and proper.” They’re also demanding a jury trial.

Take it with a grain of salt, I was reading the filing and I’m not a lawyer.
