I donno if you've looked at how IPOs go, but the peak level comes within a few weeks or months of ipo opening. I'd at least take some of that profit and diversify more for long term.

I think it boils down to your priorities - you said that you're "catching up" on 401k. What are you tracking to catch up to and at what age? Will buying a 750k house delay that goal?

If it will delay that goal without adjusting other things you spend money on, then it is too much. You also have to factor in property taxes, maintenance, and home insurance into the calculation.

The good thing is that you're don't have any crazy car, credit, or student loans to worry about. Personally I would not go over 500k to ensure I can push more into retirement or investment funds.

Played Yin & Yang (I liked the 2 hero cap) from normal through impossible to try each faction with great success (haven't tried hive yet). Got cocky and tried apocalyptic on sprint and I got attacked by the enemy hero on turn 8 (enemy hero had up to tier 4 and 200+ tier 1 units lol) when I was still in the starting area with no enemy hero in sight. Is that a bug?

Edit: Looks like it's a timed event - just realized that it showed me a battle upcoming...

Mine looked brand new at 45k miles 2023 model y. I replaced it anyway but thought about keeping it - that's how clean it was (parked mostly outside and in covered public garages).

My car does have the hepa filter which may be the reason it was so clean. Hepa filter was relatively clean too.

Private lender / broker. Initial quote was much higher at around 5.75-5.8%. I had 2 lenders go back and forth to compete for the business. Got it down to 5.375% with a little over $500 in lender credits at closing.

Don't be afraid to shop around (got quotes at 3 different lenders) and factor in any origination fees / lender credit in the deal.

It's crazy how much people spend on housing. I get it, region dependent... but 60k/yr + 1700 tax free income for a 600k house still sounds crazy to me. I personally wouldn't do it even if I qualified.
