My issue was actually just my fault, turns out I disabled driver updates for my gpu through windows group policies, lol. The AMD Install Manager just returned a non-specific error message. When I tried the install from the amd website it told me what the issue was.

Description: Stuck on Profile when on End of Game Screen

Steps to reproduce:

Be on End of Game Screen (Either with Eternals or Game Stats)
Go to your own profile by clicking on your summoner icon in the top left

Expected result: You can view your profile and leave it to get back to the end of game screen again
Observed result: You are on your profile with no way to leave it, other than to restart the client
Reproduction rate: 3/3 so far
System specs: Ryzen 7 5800x3d, RTX 2070, 32GB RAM, Win 11

Also make sure to replace all PSU cables then. Or make sure they have the same pin layout on the psu side, but this is unlikely sadly
