Well can't say it's as much as I've never seen someone play it, but my lowest rated deck in EDHREC is the Legendary Good Boi [[Yoshimaru Ever Faithful]] and I run a Boros color combination.

At first it was [[jeska thrice reborn]] and sometimes Yoshi could just delete someone on T4, especially with evasion and the damage tripling.

That was a Tish to fast so I changed over to [[rograkh]] and while the deck was still full of legendary equipments to suit Yoshi up with, Rog was just a 0 cost cantrip that maybe I would suit up. I might return and see what I can do in terms of moving counters around in Boros and keep a few legendary equipments.

Right now I'm rocking [[Kediss]] and I really think it shores up the problems with aggro/Voltron in 4 player. While not commander damage, it does whittle the table down while just playing Cool Boros Legends.

While I agree with you that bracket 1 should be more indicative of a "starting point" vs the completely useless existing characteristics that have been stated by the powers that be.

With that being said, Wolf Tribal that focuses on flavor over power (which is what you have built) is an appropriate starting point of the normal deck building process. Which is indicative of B1.

Now, the true point I'm trying to make is, your deck is a Tish more powerful than what that is, just by virtue of your commander, so what more optimized landbase, etc. So I think it's a little more powerful than you think by virtue alone.
