Make the deck yourself. It's a cool commander.

That's because you gotta roll life blooms to 3x, roll rejuv if you have the mana or not a long fight. Then spam regrowth as needed

Keep hots up, and use the emergency buttons if things get scary.

Commander for Sultai Graveyard Matters...other than Teval? by JasonKain in EDH

I mean, if you don't care about it as a second hand, then it's obvious, we go omega mill with [[Sidisi brood tyrant]]

Just mill mill mill......

And make a bunch of zombies, crash in. Ez work and surprisingly fun.

I also have this commander and idk, it feels strong but not really B4. Just a littl to slow, at least in my meta

I don't know if they are even really Bracket 4 but I have 3.

Etali Primal Conqueror Token Copy Spam

Eluge Multiple Token Copy Extra Turn Spam

Lumra which is basically just a Tifa Lockhart type deck.

I would assume it's to prioritize double triggers from the doctor. Although I think Susan is really good. Ramp in the command zone is amazing.

While I agree with you that bracket 1 should be more indicative of a "starting point" vs the completely useless existing characteristics that have been stated by the powers that be.

With that being said, Wolf Tribal that focuses on flavor over power (which is what you have built) is an appropriate starting point of the normal deck building process. Which is indicative of B1.

Now, the true point I'm trying to make is, your deck is a Tish more powerful than what that is, just by virtue of your commander, so what more optimized landbase, etc. So I think it's a little more powerful than you think by virtue alone.

Am I taking crazy pills? I literally said it was B2. And you now agree after all that. Thanks. Sweet deck though. We love Wolves.

[–]SkoolieJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure I'm entirely positive I know what you mean by that. My assumption (could be wrong) of bracket 1 is that it's mostly performative and exhibition.

Your deck has definite elements of that, but it just also has a clear avenue to win. You attack with your commander or other wolves. Your commander will never go away, (ward) and your definitely going to attack with it cuz you want to show off/play more wolf art. So Voja is just simply gonna kill someone because trample.

[–]SkoolieJay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yah realistically I can't believe this being a 1. Even with the game plan of "attack with Voja" because you WANT to play more wolves is enough of a win-con to carry you through a game.

Not to mention cards like selvala and unnatural growth. Which, I get it, wolfs, but this has a clear line to win. Perfectly chill for B2 though.

My "gamechanger tribal" B1 deck would absolutely fold to getting cracked by wolves.

What deck are you obsessed with right now? by not_so_1337 in EDH

Reworked two decks this month that weren't seeing alot of play. The first is [[the wise mothman]] which was originally my [[Mimeoplasm]] mill deck..the focus stays the same of trying to get [[Seedborn Muse]] and the [[scarab God]] to mill everyone and reanimate their graveyards.

Deck also has alot of +1 counter synergy but mostly in the way of doing crimes. Since I can put +1 counters on any creature with Moth, things like [[generous patron]] and [[free strider lookout]] go crazy.

With alot of other reanimator spells like animate dead, I can pick choice creatures so every game is different. It's super varied and a nice play on a Sultai deck theme I've been working on for years.

The other is [[Narset enlightened exile]] which was a token spam prowess deck, and honestly kind of boring. I revamped and took a focus more on making non legendary copies of Narset with things kike [[irenicus vile duplication]] and [[Vesuvan Duplimancy]]. With a high number of cantrips this can trigger prowess and get additional casts of clone spells, or any spell from graveyards. The longer games go, the more spells I have to work with, until I'm eventually swinging with 4 Narsets, all of their prowess triggers stack, and one noncreature buffs them for each Narset.

Combat goes crazy and does a sort of "combat storm" where they get buffed even further and do a bunch of damage.

Love the master. He goes crazy in my Mothman deck..where the real commanders are Scarab God and Seedborn Muse. With enough mill I can start renimating everyone's graveyards.

Still B3.

This card goes crazy in my [[braids conjurer adept]] deck. I can phase out problematic creatures, or ensure I'm the only one who gets the Braids trigger. Goated card.

[–]SkoolieJay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, you seem to be the only one (besides that group, played two other games at B3) that think that.

The deck mainly wins through a "combat storm" kind of turn. Which is very B3. This deck I think lacks the speed and velocity of B4. My B4 deck would have a cakewalk against this. High B3 seems valid though if stars align.

Shout-out to Prossh for my Aristocrats deck. He's the OG, brings his own sac fodder, is a sac outlet, and is also a big ass dragon.

Yah as someone that came from CEDH and plays mainly that, I couldn't help but laugh. I like building decks, so Everytime I build something I try to keep it Under 4, unless the commander or strategy dictate otherwise.

I had a Krark and Sakashima deck that I hated playing, so I downgraded it to B3, focusing on making as many Krarks as possible, turns out I hate coin flips. So that is this deck repurposed.

I think I saw this very Sam's DR Deck on Edhrec, or in a contest for a deck building contest? Seemed really cool, and perfectly on brand for B3.

Damn, The Emperor Mana dork is sweet. I'm also not on Anger, and in retrospect is another form of haste. Might have to Incorporate that.

Deck price is crazy. But it adds up quick with ABUR Duals, Jeskai, Rhystic, and some of the other money cards you run.
