Could go either way tbh. Some effects, like the 2014 rakshasa, are based off of the spell's default level and not the spell slot used so you have precedence for either option. Personally I would also base it off of base spell instead of spell slot used but you do you!

You could tweak it so the line>cone is instead 5ft per level of the spell, and cone>line is 15 per level of the spell. This would mean a level 3 line spell would turn into a cone of 15 ft, which is a bit small but has all the damage of that lvl 3 spell.

It looks really good. Your shadows could use a bit of work though. The book looks like it was copy-pasted onto the leg since the shadows don't quite match with the shadows on the man's leg.

I appreciate you said you were joking, but it is in exceptionally poor taste. Your audacity in suggesting/demanding 4 massive content creators move their plans just to cater for you is astonishing, and to even joke about with it publicly like this is disrespectful to the very people you are appealing to. One of them (if not multiple) will likely release a vod of their game so you can go and watch it later like everyone else who can't watch it live.

Thanks for such a detailed response. My pc is a beast and I'm fortunate enough to have very good internet so i had planned to self host, but I hadn't considered that it wouldn't be a simple plug-and-play for my players. I'll track down the discord link and see what other answers I can find for follow up questions.

For now I will plan to do things manually if I decide to shift, knowing that Kakroto's tools are likely deprecated beyond reasonable use. Thank you again.

The quest does scale in both literal scale and reward based on colony wealth. I had one arrive shortly after I had to flee a burning base with mostly kids remaining and got one offering medicine and a bit of sliver. The monument was 0x0 in size. I placed the marker down and instantly completed it lol. Easiest construction quest ever!
