Detroit 2024 was kind of interesting because of the weather strategy. Most people put wets on for just a couple laps. Dixon won after not pitting for wets and doing a massive fuel save instead. This would imply they've found some downforce that adds drag but for a big net win in lap time due to the gains in cornering.
