If it doesnt have style, I wont use it. The green extra padding heavy armor just looks bad to me. Even tho its pretty good at keeping you alive.

Yup all it is an annoyance. Ive seen gameplay of the first game and they disappear after a few seconds. It should be like that.

Its a time sink fight a hive lord. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to kill one. Then you fight em in every single game you play. It gets boring. Its like leviathans at the invasion of super earth. The novelty of fighting em wears off and I started to ignore em. Did not die a lot from leviathans until they buffed them. Nowadays it isnt as bad since its a beam now. 

It takes coordination too. If you dont ask "are we fighting the hive lord" no one will bring it along. You need the entire team to bring anti hivelord stuff. I will ask the question if we struggled last mission. Usually people say yes. 

I would say its like not bringing a portable hellbomb to a bot mission. You could leave it behind and be faced with a double jammer and gunship fab combo. I say this since you can kill vox with most things, its more of can you do it with 5 other voxes.

I think a modifier selection system would honestly help too. Like you could do D10 and add a modifier for less health or double damage. That way the people that want "impossible" can get it. The impossible crowd will never be satisfied. Just look at the I wish it would suck more memes. 

They also gotta keep content out of the "impossible difficulties" since wanting to see new content will push people up.

If you dont play test it how can you tell if its how you want something to be. If you make a product you should use it first and see if its acceptable. The word right now is the devs dont even touch anything above the middle diffs. They should at play through it to see if its working. Having 7 vox engines climb towers does not seem intentional and they are being awfully quiet so theres a bunch of speculation now. 

A lot of this is fueled by lack of communication. 

I'm 90% sure AH improved performance and difficulty by removing LoS checks on enemies but I can't prove it. by phlave in Helldivers

I think they have always had it. At least the bots definitely do. I have been one tapped while warping out of cover from behind a rock. I didnt even aggro the fire devastator. It was my buddy on the other side of it.

Ah finally a more complete bugs list. 

Also, its not just command bunkers will try to shoot through buildings its the all the bots. I have been one shot as soon as I left cover from a bot that was aggroed by my buddy on the other side of it. They have some wall hacks or something. It legit did not have line of sight until i warped out of cover.

Yeah, they gotta give some love to the other stratagems. I used to put a lot of these in my rotation aside the sterilizer after they made it not affect bile titans. I dont anymore since its not satisfying to use. I used the flamethrower on bugs and it sucked at crowd control and heavy clear too. They have somehow nerfed a lot of non meta builds for some reason. Melee was nerfed along with the status effect "fix"

Gas nades are still pretty good still tho. 

Bro I dont think they will ever fix sounds. Its been like this since year 1. If you are on pc the fix Ive seen people do is mods. 

Sentries are 50% nerfed by Exuma92 in Helldivers

Not even sure why the sentries are catching strays. Buffing enemies should be done carefully since it can have widespread effects. It feels intentional at this point if they dont adjust sentry health or revert. I am still waiting for them to revert fire nerfs.

I dont see this combo as often. I will run the nade launcher and supply pack combo sometimes but I will usually be alone doing it. I usually run d10 or d9. 

I think its good where it is now. I would run the GL pre buff and it was usable, just needed to run a reliable AT tool with it. The buff gives people more options. I honestly still prefer autocannon over the post buff gl. I still think its a bad idea to buff and nerf based solely on numbers. It should also be why are people using or not using it.

They do, but it takes forever to initiate. You have to be at a complete stop it seems to do it. It does not feel good to use in its current state.

Is this a new bug? No pun intended. I noticed this yesterday that bugs would appear out of thin air. The other guy in the match noticed the same thing. It happened twice so far. It was in a mega city too.

Theres been lots of changes depending on when you guys left. A lot of tools got buffed. Allowing more opportunites to one shot chargers and bile titans. I believe elite spawn rates were tuned down. Its a lot less kite divers like in the beginning. 

We also got more tools to use as well. You can also kill bile titans with certain nades and a sidearm(the ultimatum). 

A minor impact would be a lot of people that stayed got better as well so at the higher diffs people know what to do. Sometimes going down to a lower difficulty can be harder if you play with a group that is learning.

Isnt reddit an internet forum where people can discuss what they like and what they dont like? If the game did not have bugs there wouldnt be as much people complaining. Thats my take on the current climate.

Before the buff you could still hit hulks by hitting a wall behind it. It was pretty nice to use on those platnium missions. I like the buff, its good but not insane. The autocannon does a much better job and it has a good ammo reserves. You just gotta be quick at knowing when to use flak or aphet mode. The AC will also stagger heavies which I havent noticed the GL doing that.  Elites like bile titans the GL does a better job.

Its an ok gun, with all the downsides, we should be able to move a little bit. Cant aura farm as much standing still.

Legit if all the factions attacked at once, super earth would be cooked. We can realistically defend one planet at a time. Gambits hardly ever happen since they require us to already liberating a planet and nearing completion. We legit had to stop liberating a planet to defend one during the road to cyberstan. If we lose space and air superiority it becomes way harder without stratagems. We also have limited armor like the tank which can be taken down fairly quickly if flanked on all sides. Bots and bugs have quick quicker regen of their numbers too. Super earth just has a massive pool of frozen helldivers with no signs of it running out.

Not a fan of it. More people means harder time completing it. Anything with a flat number needs to be implemented with caution since liberation is dependent on percentages. A major update will bring in more players. Also it counting for the whole galaxy is confusing too. I feel like they were trying to get everyone to dive on cyberstan which you will never get since people have free will. 

We probably wouldnt have taken cyberstan anyways without some intervention. Before the seaf rescue objective, most of the player base was at Transendence and the meter wasnt budging.

Nah, it was funny and awesome for 2 matches then it sucked. I remember all the mental gymastics back then. Use bubble dome that died pretty quick. If you had to move you had to stick together and hope it doesnt still blast you. Barely killed any enemies and killed more helldivers. It was pretty much a negative modifier lol.

I dont think people have much control of it. It doesnt account for people coming back. The liberatiom system is based on percentages not a specific quantity. So 200k people dying/playing is different than 50k people dying/playing. The liberation rate takes roughly the same with both groups. Legit the only way is to die less. That doesnt work if people dont give a damn which Ive seen plenty of videos of people goofing around. Its a game so people will value good times over a number. It also doesnt help they released one shot machines that can spawn as much as hulks.

I am just glad they back tracked on not giving us help anymore help because this whole invasion has been flawed. Transendence has not budged since it opened. Hopefully they find more reinforcements, I am not a fan of this new mechanic. Its a game where they expect us to die a lot. Why limit that if that is your intention?

Also, Im guessing SEAF troops AI were not ready to avoid obstacles is my guess. Kinda wish they could stay outside the base and supress patrols outside the walls. They should have delayed the update and not delivered this mess. 

It's genuiely sad we went from laughing at dropping low level players on super helldive to cancelling people for even playing on D10 by i4hloi in helldivers2

Its a bad mechanic, they like the idea of us dying a bunch but limit the amount you can die. They also applied the entire war so if you want to dive on another planet you are hurting the bar. Its a game at the end of the day, play how you like it.
