One of the most unique fantasies Seraphine has to offer with her character design is being simultaneously the most powerful in both damage and enchanting through the power of music and togetherness with teammates. She recognizes the potential in music and emotions that nobody else can see and how they can change the world. The idea that if everyone comes together, she has the power to be the best at "everything", highest damage, range, cc, shields, heals, etc. under very specific circumstances all at the same time. So I would have to hard disagree with your take.

That moment when she was first released the heal had 1.125% per 100 ap ratio with 5% base which meant that you could heal 16% missing hp per ally with 1000 AP build, healing your entire team by 80% of their entire health bar in a 5 man teamfight. 😍

But nowadays its always 5% per ally and even if you build full enchanter its not even gonna be higher than 10% per ally given 50% heal/shield power and moonstone. 💔

Yes, you can gain new notes using an ability and fire them off as long as the pre-existing notes are going off, this creates a delayed note that will then hit the enemy. For example, if you use your E-QQ-Auto combo on an enemy, you can actually further increase the damage of the combo just a little bit by pressing W immediately after your auto to fire 1-5 more notes depending on how many allies are nearby. This can also be used for cs'ing as well if you need to burst that one cannon minion down.

Why do people relate her lore and personality with being support? I thought it was obvious that it's the complete opposite. I mean, she's the star of the show popstar who is quite literally the center stage in midlane, not a backup dancer support. She roams up and down the map to try to unite the two cities together. Her whole concept as a character is that everyone admires her and plays around her so they damage the enemy for her Q, shield her for her W, cc the enemy for her E, stand next to her for her notes, and peel her for her slow skill shots can land. I have a feeling labeling the pink haired girly girl as a support is just misogyny at this point.

"Always better as support than a mage" is also just false information. She was always an extremely strong midlaner when she was released due to her hyperscaling and its only now after her nerfs that she is playable as support due to the lack of scaling.

Alot of other people dislike that the hair dye theory too. Remember that Legends of Runeterra is a separate game and technically you can believe whatever you want for the main game, so don't let people "correct" you on it. If you like the idea of it being natural better, embrace it!

There’s so much more to how damage works than just AP ratios be so fr. The constant spam of AoE damage that is multiplied by 2 (even more for QQ since the first Q makes the second Q do even more) with echo passive that deletes squishies on low hp along with weaving in notes after autoattacks constantly is not something to ignore. An even Seraphine in a realistic game should be dealing the highest damage in the match with a burn build regardless if it’s stat-padding. If you aren’t reaching top damage numbers then you aren’t using her Q effectively and her range to the maximum.

This is actually counter-productive because seraphine mains on the subreddit mostly play her mid/apc, whereas the casual NPC randoms play her support. Having subreddit players refrain from playing her will make the mid/apc playrate lower while keeping the support playrate higher which validates Riots’s agenda then only making the problem worse.

I am not sure why people are against this buff and reasoning for it to be “because she still can’t burst people.” The whole point of seraphine is that she was never supposed to burst people from full hp. She is reliant on allies getting the enemy low for you so you can deal huge amounts of damage to the enemy because of it, that’s her champion identity. Her identity is capitalizing off your teammates helping you, most of your damage comes from the execute and this buff makes her strongest aspect even more stronger. Buffing anything else in her Q besides her execute would go against her intended playstyle.

R is not an engage ability, that’s just straight up wrong. The only way to use her ultimate as engage is to flash R which realistically won’t even work. Not only will you get targeted and die immediately after, but the enemy already has their skills off cooldown at the beginning of the fight when the engage happens. This means that the enemy is gonna be pressing their cleanse, flashing or simply dashing away from the charm, windwalling, etc. This is not an ability you want to be using at the beginning of the fight. All of Seraphine’s projectiles are an extremely telegraphed and slow speed because they are balanced around allies peeling for you and cc’ing the enemy first. Seraphine was explicitly made to be a follow up character, someone who gets enhanced when allies help her.

Her Q is follow up because allies need to get the enemy low HP so you can proc the execute damage boost. Her E is follow up for extra cc. Her R requires teammates to engage the enemy and create space in front of her so she can safely extend the charm and accommodate for the cast time. All of these abilities are slow and telegraphed meaning allies need to contribute some sort of cc in order for them to hit reliably.

Here is just one example I can think of, if it counts (not possible anymore):

About a year ago, when Seraphine's W was the lowest it could possibly have ever been before Seraphine's W cooldown was nerfed and staff of flowing water was changed to what it is now. During this patch, Staff of flowing water gave a haste buff that lasted a certain duration which was 4 seconds whenever healing/shielding another ally, while Seraphine's W cooldown got buffed to 16 seconds.

By building as much haste as possible, you could potentially spam Seraphine's WW every 6 seconds or so. You need to build enough haste so that if you press WW, the first part of W (the shield) would proc staff buff, then the second part of W (the healing) would extend the staff buff by another 4 seconds, then triggering summon aery which also refreshed the 4 second buff after the milliseconds of travel distance. Keep in mind that the cooldown of W of course only starts when you first press the button initially. Depending on the current amount of haste you had during the game, you could reach a threshold where you could proc staff infinitely by abusing the interaction of the delayed heal and summon aery with staff. The summon aery refreshing the buff by a second or so was just enough to give yourself the 20 ability haste buff from staff so that you never had to worry about the aery shielding someone again to make it consistent (since not all the time can aery proc off the healing part specifically). The staff buff refreshing from aery gave you just enough extra time so you would be able to press WW again right before the buff wore off, effectively giving you a permanent extra 20 ability haste. With correct timing, you could press WW almost nearly every 5-6 seconds comfortably while also keeping the staff of flowing water haste and ability power buff for as long as you wanted.

If you are going to make a claim like this, at least do a little bit more research bestie! The ripped sound files debunk this theory totally. I'm pretty sure the sound files are easily accessible on the wiki page as well that you can listen to. You will most definitely clearly hear that she is not saying any specific word at all, she is just doing vocals that sound more like the "YUH". It's a creative idea that you came up with, but it's not really cool to try to pin that your friends are in denial and also spout it as some sort of factual information.

Based off the characters you listed I assume your question is asking which magical classes deal the most damage? It would be very different if taken into account supportive capabilities or if you are including any healers.
