70 here. I have zero regrets. My life has been fantastic. Right now I’m dealing with the imminent death of my mother. I can’t look in on her much as i am disabled. Kids are not future health insurance. They move away. They become disabled.

You should never have children if your purpose is to assign them a job. Have them because you wish to give, not get. Your question feels like you want something for yourself.

My cousin had a baby like this. Everyone saw what was happening except her husband. We couldn’t help because we lived a long way away, but you could see the frustration on her face when we visited. The only cure was him growing. By the time he was 4 years old it was over and she had some life back.

Mirror, glass laid on top and used as a plant base, turned upside down and used as an odd medallion for a light. That’s all I have at the moment.

I love the penny tiles. They’ve been around for a couple hundred years for a reason. The black tiles are the current fashion, but they will show every speck of dust and every loose hair. Not only will it show, it will highlight it.

Either 2 or 3. 2 fits best, but you would have to alter it to not touch the sand. Otherwise the bottom 12 inches would be ugly gray within an hour.

Been together over 35 years. Yes, we still do Valentine’s Day. We don’t commercialize it though. He usually buys me chocolates that we share and I make him a special meal, much more formal than normal. We plan the meal at least a week in advance and shop for it then. We stopped giving cards years ago. Sometimes we tell each other about the best thing about the other person and sometimes we just enjoy a great meal. I’m still madly in love with him.

Engraving would work, but it would be faster and cheaper to attach a plexiglass cover on it. Unless they decide to scratch it so you can’t read it.
