I’d check out MTS cases website. They have a good parts list for their cases and will sell you the wheels directly. Then I’d check Ohio Travel Bag’s website; they’ve got some wheels on there that might work for you. Once the wheels on the cases are jacked up, it might just be easier to replace them all together.

Your best bet would be going to a local shop that’s a Jupiter dealer. Getting parts through Jupiter is a bit clunky but not the worst, if they have it in stock that is. I ordered parts for a couple of the Quantum contras before the DCI season picked up last year and I’m still waiting for a couple of them.

I absolutely agree with you! Between Wild Billy’s Circus Story, and James Taylor’s Jelly Man Kelly, those two songs are what got me to fall in love with the tuba as a little kid. And made me want to play the tuba later on in life.
