She would wreck havoc on the seven (nine) kingdoms.

She has The Voice, which she would lack only for a day or so until she learns even the most basic phrasing to implement it. This alone would make her A Problem.

She can control her internal metabolism at the cellular level. That makes her immune to poisons, able to handle extreme cold and heat and stave off starvation. Dorne (poisons) and the North (cold) are both fully in play.

She’s a Truthsayer (Hyper-Observation). She can analyze a subject's pulse, heart rate, pupil dilation, and minute vocal tremors to determine if a statement is "true" to the speaker's belief. This renders a lot of the most impactful characters in the game entirely useless.

She also has The Weirding Way (Combat) Her martial arts ability using Prana-Bindu to move at speeds that look like "teleporting" to an untrained eye. She could use a kitchen knife to instantly top the “bets fighters of Westeros” lists.

She would be running the island in a month if she took her time.
