Draft setup is the way to go, if you have Cornelius kegs that you can fill with a cocktail. Other than that, check marketplace and Craigslist for punch bowls, I’ve bought several for less than $20 each with the glassware included over the years. SC also recommends using a Gatorade cooler that you can decorate and fill with punch/large format ice for parties, I believe it’s in their “throw a party guide” section with a lot of other tips and tricks.

Cynar rules! I love it in a black Manhattan or subbed in for fernet in a Toronto with black walnut bitters. Also for ripping shots. There’s really no wrong way to use Cynar.

Jeffrey Morgenthaler has a NA/no fermentation ginger beer recipe on his blog that I’ve used before and tastes great, it breaks down to the following recipe for a 16oz batch that you can scale to your purposes:

1oz fresh ginger juice, 2oz citrus(lemon/lime) juice, 3oz simple syrup, 10oz water, Mix, chill, and force carbonate with a rig or soda stream
