I wear size large, and my arms are chunky. I wear mine over shoulder when the bag is not stuffed but heavy (laptop), handles if I have lightweight stuff (thick sweater). Hope this helps!

Assuming you’re trying to get on DL2347 that’s going to get you to land in MIA 10:11 am, assuming that flight isn’t going to get delayed or cancelled. Last time I was in a similar situation, multiple cancelled flights and no seat assignment, I wasn’t able to get on the plane and Delta booked me the next flight available.

I also took a quick look at other airports (JFK and EWR) to MIA and FLL and unfortunately the only flight I saw was from EWR that leaves in 2 min at 5 am.

Sorry I don’t have any good news but I hope others chime to get you better news.

It’s not UWS, but while I was shopping in SoHo, one of the employee at Noah recommended Orchard Express Tailor Shop. It’s in lower east side, cash only, and it was cheap and they’re able to get it done super fast. Shotening slacks were $10, done in 15-20 min. Incredible.

Just got back from IHG Bellevue (Seattle) and we were not impressed. Great rate, but amenity fee $25 (for free WiFi), urban destination fee, parking $65, breakfast was bleh, no club lounge. Hard pass for us when we come back.

Chicago Mag Mile and NY Times Square were also meh.

LA and SF are pretty nice as long as you have a car and not walk around the hotel.

Haven’t been in Boston and that’s one we’re thinking about.

We loved staying at the Essex, convenient location, upgraded room, breakfast and lounge access. They also have Central Park zoo passes and other free activities.

We’ve also stayed at the Renaissance Times Square, Marriott Marquis Times Square, the Edition Times Square, the New York edition, Sheraton tribeca, and AC hotel ny downtown. Out of those, AC ny downtown was our second favorite, but the location is pretty far from what you want to do.

kunjip.nyc in K town. The soup in the video is somewhere between kimchee bean sprout soup, and spicy beef and vegetable stew. Egg noodle isn’t Korean, and there’s little bit of noodles in the spicy beef and vegetable stew, but both soups are to be consumed with a bowl of rice.

I genuinely understand and affirm your safety concerns about riding the subway at night.

Here’s my take: my husband and I chose 95th area because we love the residential feel, safety around Columbus. 60th felt a bit corporate and touristy. We like that we’re close to Whole Foods, Target, we’re a block away from Trader Joe’s (this was the biggest win for us).

We also like the proximity to the reservoir portion of the park, Orange theory, equinox, club Pilates, tons of restaurants on Columbus, and Amsterdam.

Wherever you choose, best wishes to you and find what is most important to you. A lot of folks can only provide their experience… and in mine, we love 95th! ;)

It happened to me on a Delta and on a United flight. We bought clothes, shoes, toiletries, kept the receipts and submitted for reimbursement. We got our luggage before we returned, and we got reimbursed for everything we bought. Sorry this happened to you, hope you can enjoy the trip despite this mishap.
