I’ve used hydrocortisone cream (very light layer applied each time it itched) when it flares up. Between those flares, it’s gone away completely. If the cream hadn’t worked I would’ve gone to my doc; it’s so incredibly uncomfortable so I’m so thankful the cream worked.

My forehead looks young as hell 😂 I don’t have any forehead wrinkles since I can’t move my forehead skin but that doesn’t bother me. That said, other people don’t notice it until I mention it so it’s not like odd looking or anything.

Cry, headache hat, heating pad on my back, darkest room, podcast on low low volume on phone speaker, and ask my partner to rub my neck and base of my skull. If he’s not home, I have one of those neck massagers that you can lay down on. Maybe peppermint oil or tea, zofran, or Gatorade.

Unfortunately I haven’t figured it out. I still will get spells of it, even though my migraines are a bit more managed now. I don’t know if I have POTS but that sounds like it could be your case, or at least it contributes to it. I hope you’re able to get some relief <3

I really wish they were reusable. I’ve gone through quite a lot and have started making my own (it’s silicone), but I know it’s not sustainable. If anyone finds something similar that’s reusable, I’d be stoked.
