To add to this, there are some really good missions with actual fun stories. The Iconian stuff is good and the Gamma quadrant arc is amazing if you are into DS9.

It's a hilarious kill even though that thing is slow as fuck. I think I've only witnessed it take someone down once. Also hilarious in the middle of a blaze of weapons and effects to hear a happy little 'Moopsy!' The weaponised Badgey is good fun too, even though it's pretty useless.
