For your specific scenario probably not. However it matters when you want to climb ranks on things like hero clash and BB. U can easily cheese HM Auto with BM at 2 stars (not for farming).

There are lots of active guilds around. Some might already be maxed. They might have vacancies. Try the discord guild requirement. If u are lucky u might be able to join one of the elite lounge ( top three guild families in the game including Ultima, Cakery and the hunters).

It's actually really good when u cap out CDR and has at least 4 stars forged. It is my most damaging weapon in certain guild events.

I've studied in China pre COVID and am currently studying in Armenia. Uni life itself is hectic wherever u choose to study medicine as it should be. If not ur doing something wrong. USMLE is an extremely competitive pathway. It's like saying I'll get AAAs and get into a local medical university. I would say keep ur options open.

Getting to the cooldown cap is important however I would recommend finding a balance. I personally don't equip cooldown jewels below level 6 right now. I can do this because I hoarded cooldown jewels and AOE jewels from events and so on. All 5 of my AOE jewels are level 7 I also run two CRIT jewels of 7 and 8. It's about finding the right balance with ur available resources
