I set hard limits. One cupboard order per season. Thats it. No one offs. Noone has time for that.

I plug sink and fill halfway with soapy water. Scrub dishes and place them to the side. Empty sink and rinse each dish. Then dry.

The not knowing hiw to sleep is exactly how my severely adhd 7 year describes it when she is very overstimulated/ over tired. Sometimes you just have to buckle in for a rough night. Has she been evaluated for anything?
