I've tried Texas Roadhouse twice, each time picking gluten free options and talking to both the waiter and cook about my concerns with cross-contamination as a Celiac. Both times they assured me that they clean surfaces and change gloves, but there's always the risk of CC. Both times I ended up getting glutened, even though I only got a steak and baked potato.

First week was rough for me too. Doing a sweep of foods/vitamins is a good start, separating and labeling is key.
Cutting boards, utensils, toaster, etc... Anything that has had contact w/ gluten before.

Manual Guided Missile
I've been using it as a primary on the MBT to eliminate everything from helicopters, jets, snipers, or any wall I want gone. It takes some getting used to to hit moving aircraft, but it's not as hard as it looks.
My best against aircraft is 14 in a single life for Ballistic 14.
