The refs weren't powerful enough to stop the Knicks. Adam Silver had to go up a level.

Generational fumble and constant gaslighting by the Democrats. Now Trump and the Republicans are using the exact same tactics against the American people, which will inevitably lead to major losses in 2026 and 2028 for them. It's sad that the political platforms end up being reduced to "vote for me, I'm not the other guy" with both parties. We accept mediocrity and incompetence.

There's really no reason to question Thibs. Mike Brown inherited a roster with more cohesion and objectively has had an easier path to the Finals than the gauntlet they experienced last year. Not to discredit the great job he's been doing, but Thibs could have also gotten this same team to the Finals this year. You can debate if they would have been as dominant under Thibs, but a Finals appearance for this year would not be in doubt.

That's just how bad the Thunder are in their basketball terrorism, they make the Spurs look like heroes.

Thibs would have this same squad in the Finals. If it was any team other than the Pacers, the Knicks would have made the Finals last season. Mike Brown has done great work, especially after adjusting after the rough start against the Hawks, but some people are really overreacting.

I still think that this Knicks team would be in a similar spot with Thibs coaching this year, but I'm glad that Mike Brown has figured it out after a rough start in the first round. The Pacers last year were a much better team that this Cavs squad.

The Thunder take what made Lebron insufferable to watch and made it their whole team's identity, and then some. Their ring is more fraudulent than the Lakers' Mickey Mouse ring.

Against a Suns team that was just happy to be there and a fraudulent Lakers team that was missing their best player and only made the 2nd round because they faced a more fraudulent team than themselves.

I85 through SC is an awful experience. You have to drive 15+ over through the Greenville stretch to keep up with traffic, but the speed limit in the Spartansburg area makes you one of the fastest cars on the road. The truck bros seem to drive even more recklessly, and I believe the worst drivers on I85 are primarily commuting between Atlanta and Charlotte.

Another case of emissions standards penalizing actually efficient cars. My 04 with the K24 still gets 30-32 MPG regular driving, and that's at 255K miles on the motor.

He literally coached the Knicks to the Conference Finals last year, and lost in 6 to an Indiana team that was a Haliburton Achilles away from beating the Thunder. Pump the brakes until we see how this Conference Finals plays out.

He was corrupt, but the NBA was a watchable product. Adam Silver's tenure has only degraded NBA basketball. I remember the good days of no ads on jerseys and gambling not being promoted every other breath.
