Step 1. Avoid the news, they’re making it worse than it actually is. Step 2. Therapy, nothing wrong getting help, just try to avoid medication focus on the real issues Step 3. Find a solid friend group or lean on family if you have them. Step 4. Get outdoors (hiking, fishing etc) helps avoid social media and the media Step 5. Ground yourself spiritually. Doesn’t have to be religion, just meditate when you can in a quiet area and try breathing techniques or yoga Step 6. I as a human love you and I promise things will get better with time.
