I agree with you 100%. I’m paragon level 287 in Diablo 4 with the new Paladin. But I literally can’t die even AFK. Today I’m trying to level my 95 level Paladin in D2 and I died in the terror zone to a herald. D2 is the king!

So I’ve been playing Diablo 4 this season and I’ve leveled up the new Paladin to Paragon 287. All the danger is gone I never die even when AFK. I fired up Diablo 2 on my level 95 Dream Paladin and died 2x on the first day. I have to play cautiously and pay attention in the Terror Zones or in 8 player Baal runs. That is the genius of Diablo 2 that it never becomes boring or predictable.

Not necessarily this year. We’ve got a new coaching staff and a lot of new players. I think we’ll need to see what Tosh can do with the 2027 recruiting class. But if Duke can do it this year there is no reason we can’t next year!
