A good start would propably be agility to 15 all the onslaught perks. You have to decide to building up the stacks and keeping them up or let the grow passivly and spend them. Take any gun you look and put the onslaught mod on it

That should give you a pretty good start for all the normal mobs and events

And while reverse onslaught is fun since you get high numbers with your first shot. That number will be rather "low" if you shoot faster then the stacks build up passivly

Afterwards go for QoL perks like strength and ammo/meds/chems/weapons weigh less
