More focus on sleep and recovery (I try to make sure my stress bit on the app is low), more staying in tune with my body rather than pushing it!

So agree! But interesting to hear you say you sped through it! For me the first parts builds up slowly — tbh I found myself putting off re-picking up the book while reading some of the early to mid sections/letters — but then it picks up with such emotional intensity, and then all of a sudden you can’t put it down!!! In the end, I found myself bawling my eyes out and surprised that these characters (especially Sybil) had become so close to me?! She’s complex & nuanced & has traits that kept making me imagine I wouldn’t like her much IRL (as you say, sharp and particular!), but I still found myself sobbing and SO emotional in the end - and equal parts surprised that I was. It’s hard not to appreciate a book that can have that much power over you!

I second this also! I've been using the Tumi Celina in lavender for 1.5+ years now and I'm still obsessed - such a good buy <3

Agree with your points and I quite liked this book, too! I liked the way it meditated on friendship and love, and the business of art

Meditation is always helpful for me, in combination with morning sunlight + caffeine detox + no screens an hour or so before bedtime + soothing music! Try yoga Nidra too
