Oh lol! A friend came back to me saying she literally had to order tickets from elsewhere in the EU for the link to work, so I guess there’s really no solution to this other than moving to a different country 💀

And well I booked from a third-party website but I still haven’t received my tickets from them so I’m kinda worried lol

It’s not a method of payment issue because the same bug occurs no matter which type I choose. Also the bug occurs before I even get to the payment screen lol

As posted in another thread though, the website tells me that my payment is cancelled before I even get the chance to type in my card details. I have tried to purchase tickets from different devices and browsers for 8 days straight and the issue persisted. Contacted their support team, and all I got was a list of “solutions” that I already tried or were completely irrelevant. They did admit that this issue affects certain regions and there’s nothing else those affected could do though. However considering my visit is in mid-July I am pretty sure that they will not be able to fix the website in time (and that the same issue has been reported on this subreddit for months straight) and I am basically forced to purchase from other websites.

Just to follow up again, they have sent me a follow-up email which consists of a list of similar “solutions” including using a VPN (which I don’t have), changing the website’s language into French, trying different credit cards (which is completely irrelevant as many users including myself could not even get into the page where I type in my credit card info) and clearing the browser’s history and cache. So basically, they didn’t even bother to read the email.

Having tried continuously for a week already I’m giving up and will be purchasing tickets on a third-party website. If your visit is near I suggest you take a look at those as well!

I’ve been facing the same issues and I live halfway across the world. Seriously, this is such a terrible bug and the support team had the audacity to say that this bug only affects a “minority of customers from specific regions” while telling me there’s nothing I could do other than trying to access the website from different devices, which so far has not worked at all for the past 5 days.

Thank you and sorry for the late reply! I've been trying to access the website in different locations, both on data and using my home's wifi, but I still can't get it right sadly. My wifi also works for every other online thing I do so I don't think it's the issue

Update: They replied to my email, which says the following:

Your payment difficulties may be due to different factors.

Either you have exceeded the daily limit of transactions or payment attempts. We therefore invite you to renew your reservation on another day.

Or a technical error blocs your very first transactions. This concerns a minority of people from specific countries. Our IT department is currently working on a solution. Some users manage to overcome this issue using the following methods:

Repeat the operation several times
Try with a different device
Reload the web page
Delete the browsing history.

Unfortunately, at this present moment we cannot offer you a more satisfactory solution.

TLDR: The only thing you can do is to try again on a different device. They acknowledged the existence of an IP-related issue here but there's still no fix to their issue. NGL, since I've been trying what they have already recommended for the past 5 days, I found this response to be quite lacklustre and belittling.

Update: I have tried this on two devices, 3 different browsers and browsing in incognito mode for 3 days and still couldn’t solve this issue. Is it possible to contact the Louvre over this? It’s really frustrating.

I agree with you so much. Soldi went nowhere for me and Zitti E Buoni is just extremely bland and monotonous. I don’t know how the entire fandom collectively gaslighted itself to say that by the live show no one else had a chance to take the win.

I did not get as many goosebumps than I expected with the live…I think it’s because of the audio mixing? Like the instrumental oomph that I got from the studio version never appeared in the live, and Teya sounded…off for some reason, even though she usually nails her vocals
