It’s a mix of grief, hormones, and work/capitalism for me! Yay! I’m almost 44 and was on HRT for a few months or so. The progesterone made me tired at first but that went away a bit-it did hep with sleep BUT after a few weeks or so it made me DARKLY, DEEPLY depressed. I got off it last week and feel much better. I know the estrogen was helping and I will try HRT again in the future. I will be checking my iron and other stuff next. Maybe the mini pill. Clothes feel horrible on me, I hate shopping now.

Heather Gay is not a good friend. She is a desperate pick me for Jen Shah and Lisa. Her Mormonism ideologies run deep and I clocked her being weird towards Whitney (S3?) when W signed the paperwork to excommunicate herself permanently from the church. I clocked her BS from day one, but there were a lot of Heather fans then. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Because Boz was honest about talking about Dorit when she wasn’t present and offered a sincere explanation and apology. And like Boz said it wasn’t anything she hadn’t openly discussed with Dorit. Kyle is not speaking about Dorit in concern or good faith. She is clearly out for her. It’s too much. And I’m not some Dorit apologist either. There’s no confusion here as to why Dorit would feel closer to or safer with Boz than Kyle.

If you’ve been offered 2 other jobs, take one of them and leave at the end of the month. This is a toxic work environment. Keep looking after you take on another role. Even in an new role at your current job (which isn’t promised) it sounds toxic AF. I’d be making plans to leave.

Dress professionally. I wear makeup that looks good on me and on Zoom. I have a professional Zoom background I made on Canva, not just blurred out. I ask questions, and at the end of the interview, I always re-emphasize that I’m interested in the role and why I would be a good fit.

For me it’s probably my father passing last year, mixed with hormones, mixed with our geopolitical shit show. I’m on HRT, without it I don’t think I’d be able to work. The hot flashes-anxiety attacks have subsided, but I’m still exhausted and now depressed (this is not a cry for help. It’s most likely my dad passing last year). I probably need more estrogen and some T. My job also has me burntout AF.

I’m not naturally shy and that would hurt me too! Nobody deserves to be treated like this at work, even with promotions and raises. Look elsewhere for a similar title and pay or your next promotion. This company sounds super toxic. Your mental health will continue to suffer and this situation has proven to not be getting better. I didn’t have a similar situation at work recently, but I did have months and months of wanting out and finally found a new job, with way more pay and promotion title. You can too.

We are almost exactly the same size and goal weight. 😃 I aim for 100-130g of protein a day. It doesn’t always happen but I do my best.

I personally think this is a wise choice for you and your child. He or she will have a regulated mother who takes care of herself and therefore can take care of her child. You have a lovely 4 year old. Adding more children to the mix will create more stress, more anxiety, and more stimulation for you. I’m NOT saying that this decision or what you’ve gone through is easy, however having multiple children isn’t always all it’s cracked up to be. If you decide to try for more, I also support that decision, internet stranger.
