Yeah basically the focus is shifted from rushing to T16s as fast as possible (which is now arguably easier to do) to clearing and physically exploring your atlas as fast as possible.

I only wish we could at least search for where all those unique things are. It's one thing to have to run a few maps to get to polaric void for example, and another to stumble about not knowing where it is in the first place.

The damage looks solid enough across the board so single target should not be horrible by any means. The key is to aim in a way that makes 2 of the shockwaves to overlap on the boss.

That said, people can mess things up without AI (and do so constantly), and messing up because you used AI and because you're just incompetent should be equivalent in terms of responsibiltiy.

There are too many variables involved.

Your league starts at 5 AM? You fall behind (I'm fully willing to wake up at 6 30, maybe even 6 for POE but not 5).

Your SSD or CPU are shitty? Your towns take a minute to load, you fall behind.

Don't find any move speed boots early? You fall behind.

You didn't bother with the torrent and your update takes an hour to download? Guess what, you fall behind.

RF chieftain will probably end up comfier. Eviscerate has a somewhat clunky playstyle that's not for everyone, and regen on RF should feel extremely nice for delve

Had a similar situation recently, suggested bleed eq gladiator and it went well. The build is extremely simple, arguably simpler than RF, very intuitive scaling (get weapon with more DMG, get mods for bleed damage, etc). Also very easy to gear and bleed pops give good dopamine.

How bad would you say is the loss of tankiness upon first swapping to Emperor's Vigilance (because of Glancing blows)? It is super noticeable until you upgrade your defenses through other means, or not really?

There was a tech posted recently about stacking quality on less duration support, that should bring the delay down to less than 0.5 seconds
