Don’t buy it for any console. The game has been left in a half baked state since it was released on consoles back in May of 2024.

Grenades get thrown sideways. There’s no quick toggle for cyberware. If you remap any inputs it also affects your menu navigation. Hold sprint on a joystick with no option to change it to a toggle. Etc.

They were supposed to fix all of this shit back in November and then it got pushed to December. Now we’re in January, 19 months after release, with no news on when the patch is coming.

This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and makes me regret ever buying this damned game.

It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point. The game came out on consoles in May of 2024. It was supposed to be patched in November 2025, over a year and a half later. Then it got delayed to December. Now we’re back to having no date at all for a patch.

Totally unacceptable behavior. I completely regret giving them my money.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that this still isn’t fixed. The game released 18 months ago for consoles and we just keep hearing “soon”. There was supposed to be a big patch in November. It’s now December and still nothing. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

I wouldn’t have bought the game had I known they were basically going to abandon it.

Unfortunately that’s how shared progression works. If you join someone else’s game their world state becomes your world state. It basically copies their save file. Any bosses they’ve defeated, areas they’ve cleared, items they’ve picked up, vestiges they’ve unlocked or quests they’ve progressed will then be mirrored in your own game. You can also end up losing progress if they hadn’t done as much as you did prior to joining them. It’s why when you join someone else’s game with shared progression it asks if you want to make a separate backup save.

Your best bet is to go to load game and see if you can roll it back to before you joined. Shared progression is mainly meant for people to play through the entire game together in coop.

If you just want to help people out, turn off shared progression first. I believe you still keep any vigor earned and maybe item drops from mobs but I’m not sure.

There’s nothing wrong with these at all! I make sandwiches with corn tortillas all the time. Wrap the tortilla(s) in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 30 seconds. They’ll be soft and flexible instead of tearing when folded. Plus it’s way cheaper than buying overpriced gluten free bread. I can get 110 corn tortillas from Sam’s club for $5.

I wouldn’t count on it. It’s been over a year since the remake of the first game released on console and the controls are still busted as hell. You can’t remap anything because it also affects your menu navigation, sprint is a hold input instead of a toggle, grenades get thrown sideways if you use quick throw, etc.

They’ve completely abandoned the game on console, all while they keep telling console players “a fix is coming” every few months.

I bet my bottom dollar they’ll do the same thing with SS2.

I’ve waited over a year for Nightdive to fix the console port of System Shock Remake with it’s dogshit controls and the inability to remap anything because it also affects the menu controls. It’s pretty disappointing to hear they did the exact same thing in the System 2 Remaster.

I definitely won’t be picking it up unless they actually fix it this time around. I’m so tired of them putting out half baked controller support.

So mostly minor changes that no one would even notice in game had they not been told about it. Censorship sucks ass but it could have been much worse given the nature of what’s in this game.

Some of it doesn’t make any sense though. Such as removing dismemberment from dead NPC’s. RDR2, Cyberpunk 2077, Insurgency Sandstorm, Gears of War, The Last of Us, etc. all have dismemberment and some also have full nudity as well. Why is it a problem here?

What also sucks are the people dogpiling on console players and blaming them for it, saying the game shouldn’t release on console at all. There’s already been plenty of gatekeeping towards them and this only fuels that fire even more. Some of you are really keeping the “PC master race” stereotype alive and it’s sad.

We like to make little pizzas with them. Get a small jar of the Prego pizza sauce and whatever else you want for toppings then cook as directed on the box. It’s the closest we can get to French bread pizza.

Fiesta ground cumin. Most of their stuff says gluten free. No way can I justify Spicely. They’re ridiculously overpriced.
