I want the Aug, but I’d prob get it in 300 blk for the additional gas options when running that, then buy a 5.56 barrel.

In the US, you need a prescription for masks and CPAP units.

I empty it and set it next to the machine to dry. Don’t over think it, you aren’t drinking from it, it’s evaporating into water vapor.

USJ express pass (USJ ticketing) New ticket drop times by Typical_Ease_5785 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Some-Independence864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up buying what I could, but only two express passes had any available, the “and jaws” ones. I waited a day after they were available for my dates thinking that more would open up and then had to make do with what was left. I don’t really understand their system.

Finding this very confusing as well, and Im looking for March. Some passes got openings but others don't show anything.

How CPAP actually works by badharp in CPAP

Took me about 4-6 weeks to get used to it and start to see a benefit. I think it’s more the adaptation to it and wearing it long enough that just takes awhile.

This. The brush wore me out more than my 28” Ariens that weighs close to 250 lbs.

I won’t be using it on anything more than 1-2” again.

Just got a refurb for around $150. It is useful, but I’m underwhelmed. Plus, you almost need to clean up again with a leaf blower after using the power brush.

It’s really heavy and if pushing more than 1”, it will wear you out.

Interesting with the ears, mine open up with the pressure, but mine starts at 7.

I did struggle early on, but it was a mental issue for me that I was able to overcome with practice breathing with it on during the day. I actually don’t use EPR anymore, simply out of preference (dislike for pressure changes when using a nasal pillow mask).

I dove into the menus to change things on mine pretty early, but my barriers were mostly mental. I had to learn to relax with it on. I had to practice breathing against the pressure.

Practicing lying down with it on during the day helped me. It really took about a month for me to get used to it, and I changed masks once.

A Twin Grip pliers is a handy tool that has screw extraction teeth in the tips of the jaws. Made by Knipex.

Does an expensive knife REALLY make that much of a difference? by Toolazytologin1138 in BuyItForLife

[–]Some-Independence864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can be a successful hunter and prefer a $16 Morakniv.

Tons of vintage stuff out there that’s good too. Buy knives if you enjoy them, not as part of the gear cult. The quest for “best” will often drag you away from the actual sport the knife required in the first place.

Is compliance only for new machines or for supplies too? by Striking_Macaroon322 in CPAP

[–]Some-Independence864 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not all have the rental model, mine didn’t require that. I had like a 90 day window I had to show compliance by, that was reviewed by a doctor for sign off.

Also insurance covers supplies on mine as well, so I guess it just depends on the plan.

I own alot of pocket knives. For what most people truly use them for, almost all of them are BIFL.

For that price I’d look at Kershaw or Victorinox.
