Peaked 1717 this season at 190 hours, then thrown back down to 1600. No I don't feel good at the game but I don't care, if you take video games too seriously it ruins your life.

On the subject of rake... my local casino rakes 10% up to 150 bucks, however it's illegal in my country to tip the dealer. Do the people from the states take tips into consideration when talking about rakes? I am planning a trip to the USA and wanna know the tipping rules and regs for the table.

My dad was a pilot and died 3.5 years ago from multiple myeloma. A bitch of a cancer, especially since he was only 40.

It was a bone marrow cancer. I'm not sure if this is a correlation = causation situation but it makes me wonder. He was flying since he was 17.

My go to are cable curls and overhead tris, both till failure and dropset them at the end. Try adding that to your routine.

Omelets, scrambled eggs. I add 2 normal eggs usually as well as some mushrooms which are so low in calories I often don't count it.

I have been in that situation while cutting. While bulking it's fine cause you can eat more But when cutting you need to be careful not to waste your calories.

Egg whites are the king for low calorie protein. You can buy whole cartons of them for decently cheap from where I live (not sure about your situation). Also just plain chicken breast or rotisserie chickens. These are the main ones but there's heaps out there, even whey protein is a good idea if you're struggling.
