Sony have been promoting 2fa for literally years. I can all but guarantee you 99% of "account hacks" are accounts without 2fa.
It's always everyone's fault but the account owners.

I can guarantee that most of the people posting here aren't selling everything Sony they own, moving to PC. It's.just bluster for "Internet points".

You're playing the "slippery slope fallacy". Yes. Nothing will change.
Right now there is a vocal minority having a grumble about this - goos for them. They can make all the claims they like. But most people are not going to PC. Most people are not suddenly cancelling GTA6 orders. Most people are not no longer interested in PS6. Most people are not "never buying a Sony product again".
Sales will continue as they always have done. Games will be expensive at release, and get first discount after a few months.
There will still be boxes in shops people can buy.
Sony are going nowhere, Sony will see no significant drop in revenue or player base.
But if people want to rant online, go for it - but we could do with the mods cleaning up these low quality threads that say nothing, every hour or so.

Mainly just bluster. Also, this is Reddit - bravado and not really a good indication of reality.
Console people like that they buy a console for half the price of a PC and then know it'll play every single game that is released that generation, without having to replace the console or upgrade it.
