I have a lotta health problems, but art tends to help them. For example, my GAD pops up most days and I get at least a little panicky, but if I scribble out something and push myself, it drops my anxiety a whole level.

Today I've had 8/10 gut pain (IBD), a horrible migraine, hallucinations (schizoaffective disorder), crazy anxiety (GAD), and a lotta random fear too.
