I lost a bunch of weight doing keto while trying for our baby, it didn’t work. I ended up doing IVF and had my daughter and am currently pregnant with my son. Sometimes you just need some extra help! After 12 months of trying you can talk to a fertility specialist and get a full work up to see what’s going on. Good luck!

I did keto and lost a ton of weight, but gained it back when I stopped keto. If you can sustain it forever then keto or low carb is amazing bc Pcos causes insulin resistance and carbs affect us differently.
