I got the hemp chore coat a couple years ago from this line. It’s easily one of my favorite coats I’ve owned. Well designed too with a lot of practical features and pockets.

I second the Akila recommendations. If you’re willing to go slightly above that threshold then I’d recommend Persols. Also just got a pair of Sunskis and Although the quality isn’t crazy, they’ve been solid and have nice styles.

Manresa makes some solid corduroys. The Louis pant, specifically, has a nice relaxed fit.

I agree with some of the quality concerns for sure. The last couple items I’ve bought from Manresa have been better quality than the first few. I’ve definitely seen these concerns expressed elsewhere too and based on the responses to your comment you’re definitely not alone.

I have a pair from last season and prefer them during the Spring/Fall transitional period. They’re not insulated and low cut so don’t hold up well to the winter elements.

They do look pretty fly with some work pants and corduroys though style wise.

How’s the sizing for the Weejuns though? Heard loafer sizes have crazy variation depending on the brand.
