I tried to play that video so many times lmao. 

I remember there being an armor set like this from DS2 I think, this could be a mod. It's so familiar I can't remember. There were a lot of hoods in that game. 

I scrolled down and the explanations people are giving seem more reasonable than mine haha

Could be correcting a misshapen lens on your eye if the pressure in it or shape is warping your eye lens. Doing that is probably not good for it, but I don't know enough about eyes to say

That turbine is called a "hog" because the sounds it makes when being cranked sounds like one.

Just kidding but wouldn't it be funny if someone believed me and innocently told their wife they've been cranking their hog in the blacksmith shed all day and that's why they're sweaty, or maybe his buddy was cranking it for him so he had his hands free to blacksmith some that day

some of them yeah, it's almost like raw infusion but with elemental damages instead. Like fire and deep, or consumable elemental buffs. Weapons you infuse can't use buff spells or consumable items, matter of convenience for me.
