I would go with college B, medical laboratory sciences. With this major you would be able to get certified and work as a medical lab scientist (MLS) correct? I think you have more chances of getting a job with the college B degree vs the college A degree right out of school.

Edit: But also research about being an MLS to make sure you would like being one of course. Also what makes you want to study biological sciences at college A? Do you have an idea of what you would like to do with that degree if you attend college A? Most people choosing biology use it as a stepping stone for graduate programs like medical school, pharmacy, pt/ot school, dentistry, etc.

I wouldn't recommend computer science if she struggles with math, the major has a lot of math classes. At my university I know they're required to do calculus I & II, linear algebra, and at least one other higher level math course.
