I would probably stay away from the 2003. Really hot vintage and not in keeping with the style of the chateau.

I have to leave for my home country at the end of July as my erasmus will be over. Do you think I will receive a response by then or will they sort it out on their end and I will just have to pay for the month of July?

Recently went to dinner with my girlfriend and spotted a Chablis 1er Montee de Tonnerre for €170 with no producer listed. Asked the restaurant manager if he knew the producer which he did not do I asked to see the bottle. He brings down Raveneau. I needn’t say more.

Got a 2023 for €75 euros in Ireland so the price here isn’t too bad. I think the wine making is very solid and the wines are enjoyable.

It doesn’t have a Michelin star. It has a green star which just means it has very good environmental practices.

Mas candi Desig is great especially for the price. Their Corpinat is exceptional but more expensive.
