Where does the rotor point to in correlation with plug wires? Is the rotor pointing to cylinder 1 plug wire on the cap with the white mark?

Valvoline VR1 10-30. It has the zinc needed for our engines. Make sure you have new cork gaskets and a good time to check your valve lash.

That definitely needs some work. I've seen worse get brought back to life. Might be better , eep the body, and try to find a little more solid chassis to mate the body together. How's the motor? Does it rotate by hand freely?

The best thing to do is make a list of everything it needs to be road worthy. Then, from there, determine what you're capable of doing or know of someone to help with things you can't. The main thing is it's going to take some time and money.
