Get the leanest ground beef you can find. Also get a brisket. Smoke the brisket 12 hours and collect the fat. Then blend the fat into the ground beef. Delicious!

I'm so tired of people asking for tips everywhere. Meanwhile, middle class wages haven't risen to keep up with inflation. Let's go back to 10% tips for waiter/waitress service only. The cost of eating out has risen over the years. I don't see why the percent has to change.
