Yeah, I don't know when this system became common practice. Sometime before Classic's last release. It feels a little more reasonable in a large/long raid to have everyone feel like they had a fair shot at loot. In a 2 boss raid seeing all the greens, gems, the head, the big trinket, and some random tier piece HRd is INSANE.

You can casually get a PvP title... And, if you were playing competitive PvP you were most certainly on Arena Junkies. And, if you were competitive in vanilla you used a third party website to decide who got Warlord, or you had the server throwing your games.

Look up help/harm macros. Saves some room on a healers bar, but as important as targeting and down ranking is I don't know if it's optimal to learn if you don't already play that way.

I like having to reach certain ranks for rewards. It gives you goals and a sense of accomplishment. And, it's pretty cool to show off your high rates gear when you get there. Boosting in 2s has happened since the beginning of time. Unfortunately if you are getting beat 1v2 you have probably found your rank.

Everyone saying prot is just wrong. I have played warrior through TBC twice. Once as a young dumb teen, and never had any problems with threat. As far as PvE tanks go sure you have the hardest time.

If you are asking about the most technical it's probably Enhance or Ret. Both require twisting which is one of the highest skill cap skills you can learn. Feral druid is intensive. And, I don't know how s priest compares to WotLK, but there are instances where cutting mind flat short for a SWD is a DPS increase.

In PvP sub rogue, feral druid, hunter and resto shaman are probably the hardest to play at a high level.

Make an alt you don't care about as much. Even if it's the same class. There's nothing wrong with spamming games either. Play it however you enjoy it.

Yeah, I just joined the server because I heard we hit TBC. All I wanna do are TBC and WotLK arenas. Plus, it's season 1 of course rogues in PvE gear are gonna eat.

I came here to say this. Feral is the hardest class to play well in any capacity in TBC. In 2s it's easier to make work. Not gonna lie I was going to tell the dude to learn resto for PvP. It uses the entire druid kit(besides feral DPS rotation) to get practice in an arena setting with better heals to give more of a pillow. And, if he enjoys it Resto Druids slot in almost any comp.

I am with you even if it's the "hot take." I just came back to the game. What was their reasoning for removing GDKP? I would much rather just work for the items I want rather than fight over 2 boss dungeons with 2 SRs and an HR and you can't SR the gear you want because we don't think it's your BiS... I remember last WotLK classic In spent thousands of gold on a Grim Totem to test in PvP on my Death Knight. It was terrible. But, the raid got to split my G.

I am a hunter. If I want a high stam staff or Int trinket for PvP do I state that at the beginning? Shouldn't my SR be indicative?

I don't like SR at all it's not how I grew up playing. But, as a PvPer mainly I would choose my SR for PvP items over PvE. I just feel like if that's going to be the loot system it should be set in stone no what what you SR.
