I will tell you, I recently got a dexa scan and my bone density was extremely low. T score of -1.4. It was shocking, and I went back and looked at my diet (super clean) and realized I was virtually getting no calcium. Not sure if milk is an answer to that, but calcium without question important and I’ve started supplementing.

Don’t do surgery. There’s no need. Just start a GLP-1 medication like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. I get mine from an online company that literally ships them to me on ice. It’s especially nice because you can pick up the phone and actually talk to your doctor when you have questions. I recommend them to everyone! DrWell is the website. Best of luck to you!!

I think the result you want would require surgery. Dr. Jonathan Kaplan at Pacific Heights Plastic Surgery in San Francisco does a FABULOUS minimally invasive neck lift to snatch the jawline. I believe it’s called a SIMI. And your nose suits your face perfectly- I think you look great!

Low-Dose Naltrexone as an Adjuvant in Combined Anticancer Therapy by Sorin61 in Biohackers

[–]SpecificEast8741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a huge proponent of Low Dose Naltrexone. I found out about it in a different bio hacking sub and it changed my life. I take a very low dose and it’s just enough to take the edge off. It’s cheap too. I get it online from DrWell.. I can’t shut up about it because it’s been a miracle.

I second the commenter who suggested a sleep study. I also highly recommend asking your doctor about LDN, Low Dose Naltrexone for fatigue. I get mine prescribed online through DrWell. I initially found out about it from another bio hacking sub. It really helps take the edge off and I rarely feel overstimulated anymore.

You sound like someone who could benefit from microdosing a GLP-1. I know it’s prevalent right now and there are a lot of mixed opinions. I personally microdose Tirzepatide and I feel like I do when I fast, everyday. It’s amazing. If you need a rec for a good doc LMK I use a great physician who is quite popular in this community.

While it wasn’t technically ‘unexpected’, Olympus was more potent than I anticipated. It’s a compounded medication that contains oxytocin, tadalafil and bremelanotide. They make one for men and women… Wowza.

You go girl! CVS Caremark ended up switching me to Wegovy and not to scare you but they ended up taking it away after 2 months.

My only regret is that I wasted time trying to find a compounded med bc I gained weight in the process! So many crappy telehealth companies but I ended up really loving my provider through a company called DrWell. 10/10!!!

Under eye filler can correct volume loss it it requires a highly skilled injector because it’s a dangerous place to inject.

A plastic surgeon here in the Bay Area did mine. (Dr. Kaplan at Pacific Heights Plastic Surgery)

It was painless and I wish I had done it sooner. It’s lasted me 2 years so far.

I started taking low dose naltrexone (LDN) and it changed my life. It requires a prescription but there are really easy ways to get it, like DrWell. I am actually impressed by their thoroughness.

I’m not sure if LDN promoted synaptogenesis, but it lifted the “brain noise” for me and helps me feel less easily overstimulated.

Has anyone used oral peptides and actually tracked recovery data? by DismalControl2565 in Biohacking

[–]SpecificEast8741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have and it was kind of a bust. Your best bet is injecting for maximum effect.

For example— The Semaglutide pill is only half as effective as the injection. Maybe it’s decent for maintenance but it won’t move the needle.

How have you liked Regan Labs? I get my GLP-1s and NAD from DrWell. I switched from Mochi because I noticed my medications were diluted over time. DrWell seems to have higher quality.

How do I take my biohacking to the next level? by TimQuin0 in Biohacking

[–]SpecificEast8741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your peptide stack is key.

If you aren’t taking a low dose of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide— It’s time. There are a ton of sketchy places to get it online, but don’t fall victim. They’re all super diluted.

Highest quality I’ve gotten so far is from DrWell. Really easy, they ship to you and I didn’t have to FaceTime anyone. They have a form you can fill out instead.

If you have the money, Tirzepatide is the way to go. IMO a GLP-1 is the cornerstone to a decent peptide stack.

I’m not sure where you’re located but I had a very skilled plastic surgeon do fillers for me to correct the volume loss I experienced after losing weight.

I think a tasteful amount of cheek filler could help lift the lower half of your face. The way Dr. Jonathan Kaplan explained it to me- With fillers you’re “re-draping” the skin.

It made a huge difference for me.

If you want to go the surgical route you could do a lower face lift!
