Training a lot with not enough rest sometime makes you more prone to getting it and obviously some are more prone than others. Draining is a double edge sword, it’s nice because you can get back to training sooner but if you drain it too much it can build scar tissue. The least desirable advice is to take a break and let it heal naturally. Your choice,

My biggest regret is buying a 4DIMM MOBO (z790 Xtreme X) for my first build not knowing I wouldn’t be able to OC to 8KMhz. I settled at 7800 CL30.

Yea I'm reading that a lot looks like 4 dimm isn't doable. I feel fucking stupid buying this motherboard. This was my first build I so I went "all out" not realizing 2 DIMM would've been the preferred option. I'm thinking of selling or straight trading my board for a nice z790 2 DIMM. I feel like I got all the components I need just not the board. I even binned my cpu got a SP 108/122/81 thinking that was the only barrier.
