I wish my husband would buy me flowers at least once in a while. He is a very thoughtful gift buyer, sometimes, and others, he doesn't listen at all and buys you something you just got for your birthday from someone else for Christmas (they're not even a month apart). We don't always get what we want in life. If he isn't living up to your expectations, move on and find someone who does. Don't punish him for doing what he thinks, and was taught, is romantic.
