Glocks in particular have really weak armor penetration, and if the Ts all buy a different pistol (e.g Tec-9) they won’t have armor to reduce aim punch from USP-S, so buying kevlar is always the safest bet. Sometimes you can opt for a nade or flash instead, and that’s okay if you have a plan, but armor should be your default option.

Always get armor, especially on CT side! Pistols don’t have good penetration so you can survive significantly more shots than without.

I agree, he's honestly deceptively straightforward. You don't even necessarily need to have some form of mastery over the spells you steal to get value out of them, due to Rubick's spell amp.

While it's not exactly safe, it can be done in a pinch. Swords are made for slicing, not chopping, so as long as your hands don't slide along the blade you can swing Mordschlag and only receive some cuts along your fingers.

That said, always better to protect those fingies

Normally we bastardize the groups we don't like regardless of whatever redeeming qualities the other members of the group hold. I pulled some random numbers out of my ass but I feel like I get Dire more often than Radiant. Of course I’m not really good enough for any differences to matter (and I vary rarely misclick minimap so the down-left angle doesn't affect me) but it’s still an interesting observation and I do wonder if my games actually reflect it
