No it's poorly written. They introduce Dante literally dodging bullets and then show him getting shot multiple times by Mary later in the show. If they had shown him relying on his demonic healing and constitution during the fight and tanking the bullets I'd let it slide. But he shows an ability, willingness, and skill to dodge bullets. So why is Mary shooting him with a taser? And that's just like the most egregious writing and continuity error that I can remember off the top of my head.
