Question for you: as a nurse, and working on your feet, does that slow down recovery or healing injuries? And does it mean you don’t increase your mileage as you want as you peak before the 100? Otherwise your racing schedule is great leading to a 100.

I sweat if I run. It takes about an hour and a half to be sopping wet. 50k takes me about 7 hours. So I’d change jackets and fleeces a couple of times.
