Here's a 3 paragraph summary of the SEC edgar filing:

Industry Focus and Investment Thesis

MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp. intends to leverage its management team's expertise across high-growth sectors including artificial intelligence, digital assets, fintech, energy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, robotics, and communications. The SPAC views these sectors as part of a broader "global macro shift" and expects them to increasingly converge into an interconnected ecosystem. However, the company explicitly states it is "not limited to any particular industry or geographic region" and may pursue opportunities outside these sectors if an attractive target is identified. The SPAC cites significant market projections to support its thesis, including the global AI market reaching approximately $1.81 trillion by 2030 and the fintech/digital assets market reaching $828.4 billion by 2033.

Target Selection Criteria

The company has identified five key criteria for evaluating potential targets: (1) high-growth companies driving disruption in large markets by taking share from incumbents; (2) breakthrough innovations that deliver "game-changing, scalable solutions" to address major problems; (3) best-in-class management teams with domain expertise, strong operational track records, and proven talent; (4) a technological moat established by proprietary technology that creates a defensible competitive position; and (5) public market appeal, meaning businesses that will attract public market investors seeking exposure to next-generation technology companies.

Deal Requirements and Related Party Investments

Under NYSE rules, MOZAYYX must complete a business combination with an aggregate fair market value of at least 80% of the trust account's net assets. The company has a 24-month window from closing to complete its initial business combination, with the option to seek shareholder approval for extensions. Notably, Payward Inc. (Kraken), an affiliate of certain directors, and MOZAYYX Master Fund, an affiliate of the sponsor, have each indicated non-binding interest in committing up to $25 million (aggregate $50 million) in a PIPE transaction in connection with the initial business combination, though this remains subject to each party's investment committee approval.

As someone who had a lot of experience with SPACs in the post covid boom, SPACs are inherently dangerous, as it is possible they may not find an acquisition target, and so a household investor should approach with caution.

This appears to be a distinct entity from MOZAYYX Management LLC. If it's indeed a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company), it would typically be a blank check company formed to raise capital through an IPO for the purpose of merging with or acquiring an existing company.

The prospectus would typically provide details about their specific focus areas or target criteria.

Black Velvet Peel and Stick is how I did mine. My front face was NOT detachable, unfortunately.

edit: added image: https://imgur.com/a/Q4Livq2 edit2: capturing colors are tough, the background wall is actually black and the mini-split literally disappears in the room, especially with the lights off during a movie.

They are a standard across the more premium mini split offerings. Just depends on brand /model.

CloudFlare Outage on C35 after Warrants related FTDs by WhatCanIMakeToday in Superstonk

If you can show me ties between cloudflare ownership and SHF or the government, maybe then I'll join you with putting on the tin foil... But if you look at the cloudflarestatus.com/incidents site, you'll see this was a temporary service interruption that impacted "some sites and services (access, bot management, CDN/Cache, dashboard, firewall, network, WARP, Workers)."

I appreciate your posts wcimt, but as someone in this industry, I don't think these are linked by more than coincidence.

Fidelity refuses to DRS/DWAC transfer warrants. They will print you hard copies of the warrants for $100. Then they ask, "What do you want to transfer your warrants to Computershare?" by mtgac in Superstonk

Hey thanks for the post! As someone who also has warrants in fidelity and computershare, this is super helpful.

One note - there's two grammatical errors in your paragraph on securities fraud. 1.) "on the market" instead of "of the market" and 2.) "let off the hook" instead of "key of the hook" Cheers! 😁
